We are a specialist service led by two experienced Breast Reconstruction Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pam Golton and Rebecca Spencer. Both are highly trained practitioners in micropigmentation (medical tattooing) of the nipple–areola complex.

Our private clinics are based at the McIndoe Centre, part of Horder Healthcare, where we provide expert, patient-centred care in a clinical environment.

We offer nipple and areola micropigmentation for women undergoing breast reconstruction following breast cancer or other benign breast conditions. Our service is available to patients across the South East, including those with private health insurance as well as individuals who wish to self-fund their treatment.

We have a particular interest in advanced 3D nipple–areola tattooing, especially for women who choose not to undergo surgical nipple reconstruction. This technique creates a highly realistic aesthetic result and can play an important role in restoring confidence and body image.
