COVID-19 (Coronavirus pandemic)
We have now restarted our clinics at McIndoe Centre since we suspended them in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken extensive measures to maximise your safety and the safety of our staff.
All patients attending our clinics will be sent a COVID screening questionnaire that must be completed prior to the appointment. If there are any concerns with any answers to this questionnaire, you will be contacted and if necessary, the appointment rearranged.
We request that anyone attending an appointment arrives wearing a face mask/covering. We would also request that you attend your appointment alone so we can minimise the number of people in the waiting room at any one time, especially as there will be other clinics running.
Please arrive for your appointment on time – if you arrive too early, you may be asked to wait in your car. There is alcohol gel for you to use on arrival and departure.
To protect you, we will be wearing gloves, aprons, face masks and visors/goggles when providing your treatment. As we also work in the NHS we undergo regular COVID-19 prevalence testing.
